EarthCruiser built using knowledge from ocean yachting industry

Using knowledge from the ocean yachting industry, the engineered designed floor, walls and roof are of a fiberglass composite construction. The laminate schedule of EarthCruiser has been well proven in the field and laboratory, producing a combination of the desired insulation, high stiffness and strength to weight ratio with superior toughness. This light-weight sandwich structure can be subjected to both static and dynamic loads. The result is that EarthCruiser is strong, light weight and has a very low conductivity of heat as well as high insulation properties.

The internal surfaces are curved molded fiberglass, much as you would expect in a modern cruising yacht. The floor is insulated fiberglass and covered with a commercial grade easy to clean flooring.  Seating and vehicle cabin access is leather trimmed as standard.

The swing out table allows easy movement to one side and access into the vehicle cabin. The table can be easily re-positioned to the seat level and the dining area converts to a comfortable single bed.

The double bed is comfortable and wide, and can be used with the roof raised or lowered. The EarthCruiser FX has a bed several inches bigger.  Both are flanked either end by two large fly-screened windows for breeze or closed with a privacy screen and double insulation.

In the bench top is a deep bowled double sink, mixer tap and water purifier faucet. At the other end is the command center featuring lighting, circuit breakers, water-battery gauges, cabin heating controls, and solar monitor. Our upright fridge/freezer is both practical and functional.
