Most EarthCruisers are manufactured as part of an effective and proprietary build process honed over two and a half decades. Once complete, we personally deliver all EarthCruiser vehicles at our factory in beautiful Bend, Oregon. This allows us to ensure each adventurer has the introduction to their vehicle they need to get the most out of the adventures ahead.

Visit our factory in beautiful Bend, OR. Tour the plant, meet the crew, and test drive one of our vehicles to find out if we are the right fit for each other. Plan a day skiing or hiking in the world-class Cascades Mountains while you are at it. We can recommend some beautiful spots.

Personalize Your EarthCruiser
Most major components of an EarthCruiser were purposefully designed after years of testing and experience in the field. Because each component was selected and designed to work as part of the overall system, and to ensure each vehicle meets the EarthCruiser standard, we limit design changes to our core systems. We do offer a range of EarthCruiser certified personalized options; from killer wraps to advanced water filtration systems.

Construction
Your build time can vary depending on the options you've selected. Our Sales crew will give you your specific vehicle build timeline at the time of purchase. During this time, your EarthCruiser or EC Terranova will be assembled in our Bend, Oregon production facility.

While most major components of our EarthCruisers exist for a very good reason and are not possible to change, we do work with our customers to accommodate special requests.

Construction
Depending on customization, our build process is 8 weeks, during which time your EarthCruiser will be assembled in our Bend, Oregon production facility. You can expect to receive regular updates on construction including photos of any customizations.

Delivery
We send every new EarthCruiser and its owner on a small adventure at the time of delivery. This first weekend of bonding is an important part of the EarthCruiser process. See what the experience is like below.

The EarthCruiser chassis is covered by a 3-year/36,000-mile manufacturer warranty. Our four-wheel-drive system has a three-year warranty and the EarthCruiser house fiberglass superstructure is covered for 3 years.
