Meet Karl Burnett
Karl Burnett has been part of the EarthCruiser crew for one year and six months. He brings a wealth of electrical, fabrication, welding, and engineering knowledge to the team. Karl enjoys working in an environment where he can do such a wide variety of skills every day! And through continued education he can go back to school to get his engineering degree. His favorite part of an EarthCruiser vehicle is the off-road and off grid capability.
Karl was born in Oceanside, California and raised in Montana, where his love for outdoor activities began. His interest continues to grow in outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, and riding his motorcycle. A fun fact about Karl is that he spent a year or so traveling the US as a game worker for a carnival. His daily dream vehicle would be the 1937 Plymouth he is fixing up. And he hopes to travel to Thailand someday.
Karl’s spirit animal is a fish because of the solitude the water provides! He would like to have the super power of running fast like Flash! Given the opportunity to live 1000 years or 10 lifetimes, he would pick 10 lifetimes. That way he could learn from his mistakes.
In a dream world of what ifs, if Karl were to win the lottery he would buy an island. If he had to switch places with a cartoon character it would be Wylie Coyote! If he had to live in a different world (choices provided by interviewer) he would pick a world with robot housekeepers, like the Jetsons! And if he could only eat and drink one meal for the rest of his life, it would be enchiladas and beer.
