Jungle Time for EarthCruiser “Alpha”
EarthCruiser Alpha heads into the jungle of Malaysia. During monsoon season these tracks change very quickly. When the logging road are dry, they are great, but with just a few inches of rain they are whole new experience! One must always keep this in mind.
Anywhere an EarthCruiser fits is a camp site. There was just enough flat-ish ground pushed to one side for us. We had no idea who would use the track this evening.
It’s all about the details. Even in monsoon weather we can open the windows. How, you ask? The EarthCruiser awning is above the windows, not along the side of the body. With the awning recessed into the roof we have less chance of damage and ventilation in a down poor.
Monsoon season means mud, mud, and more mud as soon as one ventures off the sealed road! It’s the simple things that make a big difference… like the mesh mats at the bottom of the stairway and the LED lights!
With the push of a few buttons EarthCruiser Alpha is ready and we are on our way!
